Leader for Environment, Social and Governance for UK Tax, Legal and People. Advisor to businesses on pay and the people and skills aspects of ESG.

Phillippa is a partner within PwC’s Workforce business and leads the Reward & Employment team nationally. She also leads on the topic of ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) for the Tax, Legal and People line of service.

Her focus is executive compensation and she is the reward adviser to large companies and their remuneration committees (both UK and overseas), including over a dozen FTSE-350 companies. She works with companies and their remuneration committees to design, implement and communicate approaches that are effective in meeting their aims, and to help them cascade reward so as to link with strategy through the organisation.

In the field of ESG, Phillippa has a particular interest in supporting organisations tackle the “S” of ESG across all aspects of workforce, community, supply chains and reporting.

Phillippa has experience across sectors but a particular specialism in Financial Services (banking and capital markets), Support Services, Retail and Consumer businesses and Pharmaceuticals.

Phillippa graduated from St Peter’s College, University of Oxford with a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been a partner in PwC since 2014.
