Phillippa has over 20 years of experience as a business consultant, working with boards and HR directors to solve issues in the people space, including pay, diversity and inclusion issues and broader HR transformation. She joined the firm in 2007 becoming a partner in 2014. Prior to joining the Management Board Phillippa was PwC UK’s ESG Leader for Tax, Legal & Workforce.

Phillippa is an experienced business consultant, working with boards, HR directors and remuneration committees across both financial services and general industry.  She is a partner within PwC’s Workforce business and continues to work with FTSE50 clients across a number of sectors to advise on executive compensation. 

Phillippa supports clients through building deep trusted relationships, not being afraid to share a point of view and balancing analytical rigour, market expertise and knowledge with the need to understand the points of view in the room and the strategic needs and intent of each business that she works with. 

Her area of deep specialism is executive compensation and Phillippa has worked with many FTSE100 companies and their remuneration committees to design, implement and communicate approaches that are effective in meeting strategic business goals.

Prior to joining the UK Management Board, Phillippa led the national Reward & Employment business and was the ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) lead for Tax, Legal and Workforce.

Phillippa graduated from St Peter’s College, University of Oxford with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. In addition to serving on the Management Board, Phillippa continues to work with global clients to support them with pay, performance management and talent challenges.

Outside of PwC, Phillippa and her partner Tadju are active parents to two young boys, who keep them both very busy!
