LBIE Creditors Committee

The presentation delivered at the creditors meeting of the 14 November and a summary of the matters discussed at the LBIE Creditors Committee meeting on the 3 December are now available on the creditor's database. The database is only accessible to creditors of LBIE and requires a log on ID and password to access this.

This is the same database through which you submitted your claims. All creditors should use the log on ID and password that have previously been provided to access the slides used in the presentation.  Please note that the slides will only be made available to LBIE creditors via the creditor's database.

We are aware that 'trade creditors were not initially provided with access to the database as their claims were paper based.  We are in the process of providing log on IDs and passwords to trade creditors and these will be sent out by post later this week.

Attached are the lists of counterparties and trade creditors who were mailed a pack and covering letter on 28 October 2008. Please note that we will not republish these lists as they are updated with new information provided. However, such parties will be updated on our internal counterparty and trade creditor database records.
