Notice of passing of Resolution to amend the Claim Resolution Agreement - 02/04/2013
Following the announcement of the extension of the period for response to the Consensual Proposal to customers with LBI asset claims on 26 March 2013, Resolution to amend the Claim Resolution Agreement was passed and took effect at midday today New York time.
The Joint Administrators are also pleased to announce that the Company has accepted offers from a sufficient number of OSA Eligible Offerors to satisfy the acceptance threshold stated in the Common Terms.
The company is continuing to review offers which have not yet been accepted and will be contacting counterparties on a bilateral basis.
