Will my phone continue to work?

Your mobile service contract is with your network provider and will continue to operate as normal.  You should continue to pay your network provider as normal.

 

Phones ordered online or over the phone – 14 day cancellation period

If you received your phone in the last 14 days and wish to cancel the contract, your rights are unaffected. Please contact Phones 4u c/o Pwc, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4JP for further information.

 

Cashback/free gifts

Customers who purchased a phone from Phones 4u as part of a deal including cash back/a free gift, will unfortunately not receive their cash back/free gift.  We do not have any Samsung tablets, watches or other such gifts in stock.  If you wish to register a claim, your claim (to the extent you have one) will rank as an unsecured claim in the Administration – please select the relevant claim form from the Creditors and suppliers tab on the left.

 

iPhone 6

Unfortunately we do not have any iPhone 6’s, therefore customers who have pre-ordered an iPhone 6 through Phones 4u will not receive their purchase.

Customers who have paid using credit cards should contact their credit card company to try and seek resolution to this matter.  If you are unable to obtain a refund through your credit card company and wish to register a claim, your claim (to the extent you have one) will rank as an unsecured claim in the Administration – please select the relevant claim form from the Creditors and suppliers tab on the left.

 

Repairs in store/in the post to the repairs agent

If you are a Phones 4u Care (Insurance) customer please contact the Phones 4u Care (Insurance) numbers below.

We are aware that some Phones 4u customers will have posted their phone or left it with one of the Phones 4u stores to be repaired before the appointment of Administrators.  We are in the process of identifying where in the repair process these phones are.  Please contact Phones 4u c/o Pwc, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4JP to provide us with further details.  If we can, we will endeavour to get the phone returned to you as soon as possible.

 

Faulty goods

We are unable to provide a repair service to Phones 4u customers or pay for any repairs.  In the first instance please go to the Phones 4u Technical Support Portal at www.phones4utechsupport.co.uk

If you are a Phones 4u Care (Insurance) customer please contact the numbers below.

If a repair is required and your phone is still within the manufacturer warranty period, please contact your manufacturer (useful links are available at www.phones4u.co.uk).  If not, if you are happy to pay for the repair yourself, please contact Technical Support on 0844 871 22 33 who will assess the costs and direct you appropriately.
