Take Operate, our fastest-growing division, which helps businesses solve complex operational challenges by providing a flexible workforce and innovative digital solutions.

In 2015 the team numbered 100; it has now reached 1300. With teams already based in Belfast, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester, technology is core to enabling further growth.
