Fiona is a reward and executive compensation specialist with over 20 years experience working with large global companies across a range of sectors. She currently advises a number of Remuneration Committees in the FTSE100 on all aspects of executive pay.

Fiona has worked with global organisations particularly in FMCG, retail, pharma, natural resources and industrial manufacturing sectors on reward and incentive plan design for executives, senior management and the wider employee population. In particular, she focuses on how to link pay to performance and effectively cascade remuneration and incentive arrangements below Main Board level, with a particular focus on strategic alignment, performance measures, links to performance management and talent and succession. In addition, Fiona has significant experience working with organisations to help them solve a wide range of workforce challenges in the context of significant organisational or strategic change.

Fiona is a Chartered Tax Adviser and has also had experience on working in an in-house corporate reward role. Fiona chairs a number of PwC’s external forums for Heads of Reward and Non-Executive Directors

She has a BA in Economics and Management Studies from the University of Leeds.
