People & Organisation Network Leader, PwC United Kingdom
Fiona is the People & Organisation Network Leader and a partner in the Reward practice. She has 20 years of experience advising on executive pay matters and has worked with a number of large global companies.
She currently advises a number of Remuneration Committees and has particular experience of working with large global companies. Fiona has advised management teams on incentive plan design for executives, senior management and the wider employee population and on other executive remuneration matters.
In addition to working with Remuneration Committees and management on executive pay matters, Fiona advises companies on how to cascade remuneration and incentive arrangements below Main Board level, with a particular focus on performance measures, strategic alignment, links to performance management and talent and succession. Fiona is a Chartered Tax Adviser and has also had experience on working in an in-house corporate reward role. Fiona chairs a number of PwC’s external forums for Heads of Reward and Non-Executive Directors as well as leading our relationship with BEIS in the context of recent proposals for UK corporate governance and executive pay.
