Jason Gunter

Jason is a Director in our Restructuring Advisory team in London.

Jason advises debtors and creditors through restructuring transactions to deal with leverage and/or liquidity problems. His experience ranges from LBO restructurings to large, complex, listed or cross border transactions. Jason focuses on PwC's credit fund coverage.

Jason has extensive experience across a range of sectors including financial services, retail, travel, industrial products and commodities. Jason has particular expertise in restructuring insurance and guarantee instruments.

Jason is a chartered accountant and joined PwC Sydney in 2009, before transferring to London in 2012.
