Lynne Baber

Lynne is PwC’s Global Sustainability Leader. She works with the PwC Global Sustainability Leadership Team to deliver PwC’s ambition to be the leading business advisor on sustainability issues, grounded in PwC’s client-centric, business-first approach. She provides support and advice to the PwC network on how to integrate sustainability factors with the broader business to both protect and create value.​

As well as this strategic advisory role, Lynne is PwC's Global Corporate Sustainability Leader, advancing PwC's own sustainability actions and commitments.

Before taking on these global roles, Lynne led the PwC UK Sustainability team of over 200 partners and staff with expertise across strategy, transformation, climate, energy transition, nature, circularity, regulation and reporting. ​Lynne worked with some of the most complex multinational organisations around the globe, leveraging her extensive global network and experience to bring global solutions and connectivity to PwC clients. Her experience includes regulation, governance, risk and control, and large transformation of corporate functions. She’s worked with multinational organisations across industries including Fortune 500 and FTSE 350, particularly within the Technology, Retail and Consumer, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.

Lynne has been with PwC for more than 20 years and is a Chartered Accountant. She brings together knowledge of sustainability with resilience and value creation.
