Nick Baker

Nick is a Tax Director in PwC's Midlands Private Business team.

For the past 18 years Nick has been helping businesses and individuals to achieve their commercial goals in a tax efficient manner. He advises a wide range of privately owned businesses and their shareholders, including PE backed businesses, as well as a number of listed businesses, on both corporate and shareholder tax issues.

Nick helps businesses and shareholders by providing bespoke solutions to their commercial and tax issues across all areas.

Nick leads our Management Tax Advisory Practice in the Midlands, which is a specialist team focussed on advising individuals who run privately owned and PE backed businesses. They advise on management equity and incentivisation for management.
