Zubin leads PwC's ESG business, helping organisations grow responsibly and sustainably, with a particular focus on the transformation to net zero carbon emissions and developing transparency in the capital markets to help investors allocate capital efficiently.
He is part of the executive leadership team for Risk, one of PwC’s five lines of service.
During his career He has led PwC’s cyber security practice - helping businesses understand the information security risks they face, build and assure cyber defences and deal with breaches. For much of his career he has worked both as a hands-on company manager and as an adviser helping businesses going through turnaround and transformation. He has served as Chief Restructuring Officer in both public and private companies to fix their problems, turnaround or sell under-performing businesses, define value-creating strategies and manage external financiers across the capital structure. He has particular experience helping businesses with significant defined benefit pensions deficits.
Zubin graduated from the University of Bristol with First Class Honours in Computer Systems Engineering. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a member of the Institute for Turnaround.
