Quentin has been a Partner since 2010. He graduated from Cardiff University in 1997 with a degree in History and has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Gloucestershire. Quentin began his career in industry before joining PwC where he was a member of our Business Restructuring Services (BRS) team for circa 20 years. While in BRS, Quentin worked on many high profile and complex assignments in the private sector before specialising in turnaround and crisis management in the public sector and healthcare markets in 2005. Quentin became UK Industry Leader for Health Industries in 2015 and from 2018 to 2021 led the combined UK Government & Health Industries practice.

Lisa leads our thinking on Consumer Markets. She works with a diverse range of UK and International clients and is passionate about helping to connect the dots between changing markets and the response businesses should consider to gain an advantage in the increasingly dynamic environment. She loves understanding what drives a business and getting to the heart of the issues that matter most to management teams. She brings the best of PwC and ensures our involvement is really relevant in the context of the industry and a client's ambitions.

Drew brings 30 years of industry experience as he leads our Energy, Utilities and Resources practice through a time of great change for the industry. As the pace of the energy transition picks up, Drew and his team are at the forefront of helping clients navigate a pathway that encompasses the opportunities and value to be gained from change. As a Deals partner in the industry, Drew has extensive knowledge across all aspects of M&A activity including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, fund-raising and IPOs.

Isabelle leads our Financial Services practice, bringing knowledge and experience from more than 25 years across regulation, control, operating model, cost management and technology. She has worked with key banking clients and European governments, including five years as interim CIO at Lehman Brothers International Europe post its administration. Isabelle's visionary thinking and expertise has seen her invited to develop thought leadership with a number of industry bodies and task forces, including the GFMA (Global Financial Markets Association), AFME (Association for Financial Markets in Europe) and TheCityUK.

Rachel leads our UK Government and Health Industries team, helping shape strategy at the heart of government to improve results on the frontline. Since joining the firm as an intern Rachel has worked across the breadth of our government and health sectors, specialising in finance and assurance. As leader of industry, she brings together the best of PwC’s technical capabilities, industry insights and networks to our government, health and pharma clients.

Nick is a Partner in the Consulting practice at PwC and leads the UK & EMEA Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive and Services industry. Nick has focused his career on advising clients, across industries, on the transformation of their global organisations. Nick works extensively in the Industrials sector in the UK and Europe, Middle East & Africa advising clients and leading technology enabled transformation programmes to deliver significant benefits in many areas including support services, Finance, IT, Procurement and supply chain.

Hugh leads our Private Equity (PE) industry and has more than 15 years of experience supporting clients through the deal process. As a Deals partner, he brings his experience of working across multiple sectors to PE clients across the deal size spectrum. He is passionate about helping clients protect and drive value in the fast-paced deal environment and enjoys getting under the skin of what drives business performance. In an ever-changing environment where recent macro factors have changed the shape of so many industries, he brings the firms value creation and technology thinking to PE clients to drive portfolio growth.

Mary is a keen convener who believes business challenges are better solved together. That’s one of the reasons she chose to lead the PwC Trust Leadership Initiative - bringing together leaders across industries to find ways in which their companies can earn trust, solve important problems and deliver sustainable outcomes. She has also held a number of roles including US Brexit Response Leader, Network Key Talent Advisory Board and Executive Director of PwC’s Exchange Programme. Mary now leads our UK Technology, Media and Telecommunications Industries team, bringing over 30 years experience of delivering Assurance, Consulting and Tax services in multiple markets and across geographies.
