Bids is a turnaround and transformation practitioner with over 15 years experience identifying business performance issues, developing practical solutions and delivering rapid results whether in response to crises, margin pressure, mergers & acquisitions, or strategic transformation.
Bids has experience of working across a wide range of sectors. He has over 10 years experience in banking spanning retail to investment banking and also has experience in logistics, consumer, telecommunications and the public sector.
Bids has worked both as an advisor at PwC, and as an industry practitioner at UBS Investment Bank giving him the breadth of experience from strategic analytics to practical implementation required for turnaround and transformation.
