Chiara Lombardi

I am a Partner in the Financial Services Lead Advisory team in PwC. I support banks and non bank lenders across Europe to improve their returns through their credit transactions options - this includes loan portfolio sales (performing and non-performing), forward flow partnerships, structuring deals for institutional investors and capital relief transactions. I have extensive experience in loan portfolio analysis, deal advisory credit due diligence and valuations, including advising a number of private equity houses on acquisitions and disposals of consumer and corporate loan books, asset backed books and residential mortgage books.

The Financial Services Lead Advisory team combines deep industry knowledge and transaction experience to advise on all aspects of corporate transactions and, through the Portfolio Advisory Group, all aspects of credit related transactions.
