Based in London, Chris is the leader of PwC's UK HR Technology practice, delivering HR transformation, process improvement and technology solutions to top-tier organizations to improve both the effectiveness of their HR functions and the measurement of workforce performance.

Chris has over 15 years’ experience in leading change projects in global organizations across Europe and the US, with a specific focus on HR systems design and implementation. He has advised top-tier organizations across all industry sectors with particular emphasis on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in HR, payroll and global mobility.

Chris leads teams helping organisations transform their HR functions, develop business cases for change, evaluate and select suppliers, and successfully implement HR technology solutions. His recent client engagements include:

  • creating a new, standalone HR function for a FTSE 100 Financial Services company, including the implementation of Workday’s HR SaaS solution, resulting in annual operational savings of over £8m;
  • re-engineering HR processes for a global Oil and Gas company, including the transition of HR operations to their global shared services, reducing operating cost and improving service delivery;
  • developing a business case for, and supporting the evaluation of, future state HR technology options for a top-tier global Financial Services organisation; and
  • implementing Workday for a global BPO provider in a little over 4 months to enable their move of HR operations to global shared services.

Chris leads PwC's UK alliances with Workday, SAP Success Factors and Oracle Fusion HCM and frequently writes and presents on the benefits of SaaS for HR.
