Neil Broadhead

Neil is a Civil Engineer, an MBA graduate and has 20 years’ experience advising clients in the capital projects and infrastructure sector.

He works with clients to help them realise the full value of their capital investment programmes; setting strategy, optimising the allocation of capital, de-risking and driving efficiency into the delivery of individual projects, programmes and portfolios.

Neil has worked on some of the most complex and high profile international capital programmes in both the public and private sector. His industry and consulting experience spans major capital projects in multiple sectors, including energy, healthcare, oil & gas, utilities, defence, and transportation.

Neil initially worked in industry where he was involved in the engineering design, management and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
