Nick’s client base represents many of the UK and Europe’s premier private equity investors, including Exponent, Equistone, Epiris, HIG Capital, Baird Capital and Silverfleet. In addition, Nick works alongside acquisitive corporate groups as they execute their M&A strategy, including Airbnb, JUUL Labs, Gartner and DXC.
