Update - Waterfall II Application (the “Application”) - Further Witness Evidence - 4 March 2015
Further to the order of Mr Justice David Richards following the case management conference held on 21 November 2014 (the “Order”), the Respondents have filed three further witness statements in connection with Tranche B of the Application:
- for the Senior Creditor Group, the Second Witness Statement of Mary Nell Browning, dated 3 March 2015;
- for Wentworth, the First Witness Statement of Robert Ryan, dated 2 March 2015;
- for Wentworth, the First Witness Statement of Paul Goldschmid, dated 3 March 2015.
