System integration

We can either manage the implementation programme in its entirety or work with your team to supplement your workforce where you have skill gaps or want some challenge to the approach. We will work with you to ensure the solution is fit for your needs and objectives, and  support you in documenting your requirements, enterprise architecture and understanding your data sources.

Advisory support

During any technology implementation there is potential to stray from the intention of the tooling. PwC will act as your advisors, challenging both you and Fusion through regular stage gate reviews to drive decisions and aligning them back to your objectives and requirements.

While senior management understands the requirements of operational resilience, we find that support tends to be needed to ensure appropriate business engagement with the implementation. PwC can support you through awareness sessions with stakeholders and interventions as appropriate to keep the programme on track.

You will also receive access to experts from across our Crisis and Resilience Hub to provide regulatory and sector insight as appropriate throughout the implementation.

Data preparation

We can support you with preparing your data for migration into the platform. From our experience, we know that data can come from a number of disparate systems and sources and we have developed accelerators to help collect and collate data and format it consistently for upload. We can use these automation tools to map to the platform fields and vastly accelerate the upload of your data.

Resilience dashboards

We have a library of insight-focused resilience dashboards for stakeholders across the organisation, supplementing those available within Fusion. Whether it is a Board, senior manager, Important Business Services (IBS) owner, process owner or resilience practitioner level view you require, we have developed dashboards to meet the needs of each of these groups.
